Shipping

We offer free shipping in Singapore and for all international orders we charge a flat fee of 25 SGD. You should receive your item within 10 to 14 working days of placing your order regardless of your location anywhere in the world.

All orders within Singapore, placed for items ready-to-ship, should reach you within 2 business days.

All pre-orders normally take up to 28 weeks to craft and deliver. If the piece is ready earlier, then we will notify you with an email and ship as soon as possible.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account.

Taxes and duties

All taxes and duties will be borne by the customer and subject to the destination country's rules and regulations.
