WHEN SCIENCE MEETS ART

How we got inspired

The aesthetic beauty of hexagons is undeniable, but this polygon is truly special as it imparts unique strength and stability. That's why nature uses hexagonal motifs in so many striking structures like snowflakes, honeycombs and the compound eyes of insects.

Our Kallihexagon Collection represents the harmony of nature, in which the essential beauty of hexagons is embellished with the timelessness and durability of diamonds and solid gold.

THE KEKULE RING

Named after one of the most prominent chemists from the 1850s, August Kekule, this ring is inspired by the seminal discovery of hexagonal structures in organic chemistry.

Kekule's most famous work was to elucidate the structure of benzene, when he realised (allegedly in a dream) that it comprised of a six membered ring of carbon atoms with alternating single and double bonds in a perfect hexagon.

Scientific and aesthetic beauty come together in this statement ring.
